Great success for Vlassides Winery

Great success for “Opus Artis 2015” which has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 26^th edition of “Concours Mondial de Bruxelles”, an important international wine competition, organized this year in the town of Aigle in Switzerland , from 2-5 of May 2019. “Opus Artis 2014” and “Opus Artis 2016” have also been awarded a Silver Medal.

“Concours Mondial de Bruxelles” is one of the largest international wine competitions; 350 judges from across the world, 9150 different wines from 46 countries to taste, 4 days of tasting and judging to reward the best wines, produced worldwide.

Each judge tastes 50 wines per day. After the tasting sessions, each sample is awarded marks out of a hundred. Only the highest scoring wines are eligible for the precious medals: Grand Gold Medal, Gold Medal and Silver Medal.
